Costochondritis- Apple Cider Vinegar

Hello friends, Here's a remedy I use 3x a day. I started it last week. Thanks Sally and Cathy! I add Bragg raw/organic honey to it. I'm using it to detox my body and fight candida- which I believe is a huge cause of Costochondritis. It's great in helping to aid in inflammation. If you have stomach problems, gerd, or acid refluc- I'd add it right away. It's not an immediate cure for costochondritis, but it's definitely a tool to add to your belt on your journey to healing. I've tried it, I like the results I see, and I'm keeping it. =)

"Apple cider vinegar is more of a natural health tonic that helps the body to heal itself and is especially effective when used as part of a general detox plan or a healthy lifestyle. That is when you'll see the best results.

The general recommended dosage is usually 2-3 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar and honey to taste in a glass of water, taken three times a day. The dosage and application, however, may vary depending on what it is being used for.

  1. I have been wanting to contact you in some way ever since I stumbled onto your blog while looking for answers for my undiagnosable symptoms. It really has been literally a Godsend. I have had four extremely good days in a row ever since trying the ACV! First four good days in a row in 7 months! That is an answer to prayer, as is this blog! Jenni from Atlanta

    1. Good sharing, yes, apple cider vinegar (ACV) helps to boost metabolism, blocks the body’s storage of dietary fat plus breaks down and dissolves existing body fat. A study at Australia’s University of Sydney in which subjects who consumed two tablespoon of ACV daily experienced fewer surges and crashes in blood sugar levels. Read more at:

  3. Awww thanks so much Lucy! I am praying for you too and really did want to encourage you. I have seen alot of miracles as the result of persistant prayer and we can't lose sight of that. This is such a strange affliction, all the fear and zillions of tests that go along with it. It can become so consuming. We have to cling to what we know is true! All your encouragement PLUS the practical information has felt like an anchor in the storm.

  5. Ahhh. posting issues, lol.

    Jenni,

You've really blessed me today. Told my hubby yesterday that I needed some encouragement.

You are on my prayer list this week. Thank you so much for keeping me in your prayers. I really need them.

You're words are wise. I was going to TONS of docs and definitely pushed God out of the picture because i was so scared. Doctors are great to use...but I was like a crazy chicken with my head cut off. ummm...kay, that's a gross analogy. =)You know what mean though...putting my faith in them and not the Lord.

Not cool of me at all. I know he's forgiven me for that. Trying now to really listen to Him and not the fear. And cling to the TRUTH like you said! Preach it! =)

    Hugs,
    Lucy

  8. I found you while searching for costo info for my mom.
Organic apple cider vinegar with the mother and organic honey with warm water has helped me tremendously with acid reflux - GERD and NERD - the non-erosive cousin to GERD and LPR. A great substitute for proton pump inhibitors - Nexium, Prilosec, etc. without the negative side effects. Often the stomach produces too little hydrochloric acid versus the common belief of too much acid. That's why the apple cider vinegar drink taken before meals is such a help.

Now I'm going to try it for mom's costochondritis symptoms. Thank you for your information. I'll keep you posted.
